Bike I ride:	I currently own two bikes, a custom built Norco VPS team DH and a 2010 lapierre zesty 214. The Norco has been upgraded over the last year or so, and i bought the zesty last november. Always out riding come rain or shine.
Favorite Trails:	Local trails, cwm carn, brechfa, afan, coed-y-brenin, tavi woodland, cann, gawton. nant-y-arian, FODCA................
About Me:	I work in a bike shop on a saturday and and ride DH. Do quite a bit of XC to keep fit, although it will never be as good as DH. I own a riding club website:- www.ramemtbers.webs.com I am the main trailbuilder around the Rame peninsula.

rfffr: 1. Your not making any friends here due to your negative comments slagging off others work. 2. If you can build a bike in around 30 mins from scratch then i reckon you should make a video and send it to Guiness book of world records. Until then just grow up and have a little think before you make yourself look a little bit stupid. The v10 looks mint, very nice component selection too, nice job.

yeh, I am just not getting the use out of it. I was hoping to get loadsa riding in this summer, but that hasn't happened. So i want a road bike as I will actually use it. Going cheap if you want it ;)

Thanx man! Had my surgery yesterday and it all turned out well. Now just three months of recovery and phys therapy, then I'll be back in the saddle again.
